Apologies for two emails in a day, but we had a lot of content on CrimsonCast in the last 12 hours — and in this update we also have a video for our paid subscribers (see below)
On the free side, we have episode 1070 of the podcast. Indiana had a roller coaster of a game at Maryland on Sunday, surrendering multiple double-digit runs to the Terrapins and falling behind by 16 points early in the second half, before an offensive rally the likes of which we haven't seen this year and some improved defensive effort netted the Hoosiers a road win and a season sweep.
Scott and GC talk through what we saw in the game, how the Hoosiers have struggled with consistency throughout the season, and how today's game fits into the larger narrative of the 2023-24 season.

On the VIP video, Scott had some thoughts about the last video dealing with the potential expansion of the NCAA Tournament and some of the potential fallout. That leads to a longer conversation between Scott and Galen about how expansion could take place, how it would be nice to have someone thinking intelligently about the topic, and why the conference tournaments are in no way a substitute for actual tournament games.
